The wild agave karwinskii, also known as Cirial, was aged between 18 22 years before it was harvested for Cruz de Fuego Cirial. Crafted traditionally with an underground stone horno, tahona, and distilled twice in copper stills, this one takes you on a journey from bold fruit to dry heat and a deeply
