Egypt, Kingdom. The Order Of The Nile, I Class Grand Cordon Star Auction 20th September 1854(Nishan al Nil). Instituted in 1915. Multi piece construction, insignia in silver gilt with blue and surmounted by a silver crown, the insignia centred upon a large white enamelled silver star with gilt edges, the star mounted to a ten pointed silver star base, alternating between five small and five large star points, the small points with three pairs of faceted rays, the large points with five pairs of faceted rays, Dutch import marked "V" on the
