Nose: very expressive and intense with notes of tropical fruit

Made from biodynamically farmed bush vine Grenache from a sandy soil McLaren Vale vineyard planted in 1947

with wonderfully aged PX to give it the weight and depth

On the nose it has intense grapefruit and lime notes with some lemon butter

Domaine La Barroche Liberty 2023 Size::6 Bottle Case The domaine based in GevreyThe wine was made in the old gravity fed cellar built in 1930, with cement tanks built into the floor. The wine spent four weeks on the skins with ripe whole clusters and then aged in old foudres and some new demi muids for 18 months. Bottled without fining or filtration.
