Moore, Lillian - Signed Photo Dancing Programs Music Unsigned Pianists La Scala photoAmerican dancer, teacher and dance writer (1911 1967), she joined the Metropolitan Opera Ballet at age 16, performed with the American Ballet (1935 8) and with many other companies until 1954, and became the first US dancer to perform behind the Iron Curtain when she appeared in Budapest in 1948.
