A circular medal constructed of bronze, the obverse with a central Reichsnhrstand logo, circumscribed by an inscription of LANDESBAUERNSCHAFT POMMERN (POMERANIA REGIONAL FARM COUNCIL, the reverse with a central inscription of FR TREUE DIENSTE (FOR FAITHFUL SERVICE inside of an oak leaf wreath, measuring 38. 90 mm in diameter, weighing 25. 4 grams, on loop for suspension, very fine.
