Without neighbors, and without a strong family tradition to lean on, Pascal had the freedom to establish his own organic and natural viticultural habits, and shortly became one of the top winemakers in the Cru. He has since expanded to Fleurie and Julienas, where he brings the same philosophy to 60 year old
