All grapes previously selected and partially de stemmed were foot trodden in stone lagares during all the fermentation process (10 days). The aging was developed in neutral french oak barriques during 22 months. TASTING NOTE Aromas of spices, wild berries and distinctive graphite, which provides very sophisticated and complex notes.
