A Promotion Document With Original Signature By Von Brauchitsch consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac Minister of MilitiaMeasuring 255x354mm, near very fine condition with multiple folding creases, light scuffing and fraying, and two punched holes. The document states that Oberleutnant (Senior Lieutenant) Erich Krger is promoted to Hauptmann (Captain), effective March 1, 1940. The document is dated to February 29, 1940 and signed in blue ink by the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces, Generalfeldmarschall Walther von Brauchitsch, a recipient of the Knights Cross.
