A Post-War Signed Photo Of Knight’s Cross Recipient Major Berndt Von Mitzlaff Newly Listed 2nd Class Cross for 12A photo, measuring 101x143mm, extremely fine condition. The insignia he is wearing have been denazified. On the reverse, the photo is dedicated to Dieter Doden (?), the collector. Mitzlaff states that the picture was taken in 1944 in Merseburg, and that there was no ceremony, since they were on the run. Footnote: Berndt von Mitzlaff (19142003) was born in Schkopau (Saxony).
