Garat, Pierre-Jean - Autograph Note Signed 1800 Autographs Conductors from the production of MadamaFrench Basque tenor and baritone (1764 1823), celebrated throughout Europe, particularly for his interpretations of Gluck, during the era of the French Revolution and afterwards. Autograph note signed, addressed to "Citoyens" (the directors of the Paris Conservatory), dated December 14, 1800, announcing his availability for the professorship of singing.
