70’s/80’s Pussy Bow Blouse by Evan Picone art shirt Sweater vest in a bright1970s 80s pussy bow blouse by Saks Fifth Avenue Evan Picone. Shimmer fabric with small chevron and spot print. VFG Bust 46 tux pleats. Lovely delicate print of brown chevron zig zag print with tiny dots in Red and turquoise blue. Straight box cut with tuxedo knife pleats down front. Long sleeves with button cuffs. Pussy bow bow or tie look. Please note: This fabric has a lovely shimmer sheen, and in the photos I see a concentrated spot on tie but I
