The Flames of Paris Professional Tutu Diana and Acteon professional YAGP dress This costume in custom madeA newly created, one of a kind profeional tutu for Flames of Paris. It features a royal blue stretch taffetas bodice with red blue white braid, some crystals for shine and the off the shoulder sleeves. There is a deep white V insert in the middle, decorated with braids in the colors of the French flag. The professional, slightly bell shaped white tutu skirt is also embellished with blue and red ribbons. It comes with a hair bow in the red blue white
